11/6- Next week is Kealy's birthday and her six month anniversary. Its a bitter sweet moment in our lives. We're planning on having a memorial balloon release on the 15th.
As for this month so far, I finally got the utilities turned back on. We're slowly getting back on track. We're still struggling but I think we'll make it. I don't know if Dave and I will make it though. We don't really communicate anymore. He doesn't help me around the house. He does seem more interested in the girls now.
Emotionally, I'm a wreck. my panic attacks have gotton more intense. All I do is cry. I almost feel like I would go into the hospital. However, I can't there is too much going on that I need to teach Dave how to do things. then maybe I'll go if I don't crack first.

It\'s all so hard!!! And hard on marriages too... It\'s good that your husband is taking more interest in the girls, and that he is seeking help....I just read your post asking about a group for dads. All very positive steps!
This is still so very new and your emotions still so very raw. Please be gentle with yourself, and others. Having a balloon release is a wonderful idea. I\'m sure Kealy will be catching them all and smiling while she does!
If you don\'t have a therapist, I would suggest finding someone you felt comfortable with...but I think you said you are seeing someone?? It\'s good to have a professional who can help with meds and such, in addition to having us moms to share with. I say the more help we can get the better!
I wouldn\'t worry too much about the household chores and such. Just do what you can, and leave the rest. That\'s all any of us can do. One day, it won\'t be this hard. I promise.

Understanding how very tender you are feeling. Hoping that you are using your tools and adding more if needed.
This is such a rocky road and for me the only way I could navigate it was one tiny moment at a time. Taking care of yourself and your family is all that matters and trying to not feel overwhelmed with the basics of living.
Sending tight hugs of loving care, support and so much understanding.
