"What this power is I cannot say; all I know is that it exists and it becomes available only when a man is in that state of mind in which he knows exactly what he wants and is fully determined not to quit until he finds it." - Alexander Graham BellHiyas All! I know I haven’t written in quite sometime and for that I am sorry. A lot of positive things have been happening for me. I have really been taking responsibility for my actions, my health and well being as of late. I put myself on a diet tailored to my needs and emotional health. I haven’t eaten junk food, had caffeine or any refined sugar in about a week and a half. I exercise on a daily basis, have been working on my workbook, and been actively getting projects done around the house. I feel great. It’s not an extreme high nor is it an extreme low- I am at a happy medium. Which is nice! It seems the change in diet and exercise is really helping out. I have been eating foods that are known to assist brain function and the like. Meaning lots of berries, fruits, and veggies have been helping in healing my depression I believe. I figured I would give it a whirl and its working! Husband and I seem to be on the same page. He has been doing a wonderful job in assisting me and helping to express my feelings better. He isn’t pushing all the time which is great. He is understand I need to work this out and he is seeing progress which excites him. All and all I am doing ok. I have small goals to work towards and that feels great. :)I hope everyone is well! ~Bright Blessings~Rea

Maybe I should try more fruits and vegetables, it sounds like a great idea.

Wow, you found middle ground, how beautiful! I am looking for that place now. And, how wonderful to be eating healthy and feeling the results. You are an inspiration!
