"Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." - PlatoToday I concentrated on filling some orders and getting some product made for the farmers market I am hoping to go to on Saturday. I made some aloe and olive oil soap scented with bamboo sugar cane (yum!), some oatmeal soap scented with rose peppermint, and I also made silk and shae soap scented with midsummer’s night. I even got around to making foamy sponges which are basically different shaped sponges with soap drizzled on them very slowly. They foam up really nice and last for about 10-14 shower uses. I have three different sponges: a heart which I scented in romantic wish, a duck which I scented in sweet dreams and a frog which I scented in ocean- all where done in clear moisturizing glycerin soap. I couldn’t believe how well they turned out. I have to wait for the soaps to cure before I shrink wrap them and then wrap them in pretty paper with their labels. Tomorrow I am working on bath products. Sugar Scrubs, Lotions, Bath Tea’s- that sort of thing. I also have to do the sample packs that I have. So, all and all it was a pretty busy day though tomorrow is going to be VERY busy.I hope everyone is well…~Bright Blessings~Rea
