hey whats up ... CB here

i dunno if you want any thoughts on this or not or you wanna say to me shut up and mind your own business, which is cool also, but thought i\'d share some maybe ? helpful things i do and maybe they would work for you ? :

- no sodas at all ever, if you want drinks other than water make hot herbal teas which come in different flavors, put in the \'fridge overnight in a pitcher and you\'ll have zero cal ice tea. Also just put lime or lemon in water for flavor, also you can buy zero cal carbonated water at the store and put lemon and/or lime in it and its like Sprite sorta

don\'t buy ANYTHING from the store if it has added sugar in it.NOTHING.It is okay if it has \"sugars\" in it though on the label but not in the ingredients

eat only 100% whole grain whole wheat cereal like Shredded Wheat, it has no sugar or sodium or fat

work out or jog at least every other day and on the off days try to at least walk or something cardio-ish

you only get beer one time during the week, like Friday night only, or Sat night only, or during the game, or whatever, whenever you wanna choose but only once

think about what is in your grocery cart and if it is \"real food\" or not, for example did this item even exist when pre Columbus ? If it is all packages stuff and microwaveable its most likely high in sodium and fat and sugars

when you wanna snack have an apple, they will make you feel full and the sweetness is real not added chemicals

anyways thought i\'d share and maybe you\'d be interested

Thanks for the tips. I stopped drinking soda about a year ago, I don\'t drink any kind of tea, coffee or alcohol. I am an a recovering alcoholic and therefore drinking is not an option. I eat whole foods and lots of fresh veggies and lean meat in small amounts. I have an apple everyday with breakfast. I make my own whole grain cereal. I gave up potato chips in February this year and white sugar and white flour in June of this year. I hike a few times a week and walk a lot. My wife is in a wheelchair so I push her around in it when we go out.

wow you\'re doing great then, I still have coffee everyday and really watch what i put in my cart, I ask myself is this \"real\" and if it has long chemical names I jut put it back on the shelf, that takes out 90% of the options haha
