Well he is now trying to get his friends and family to believe that our marriage is not legal. We were married in Japan on a military base. So he thinks that because we were married overseas that coming to the states made us not married...lol...
I mean, omg, come one now!!! We were married on a UNITED STATES military base. Its as legal as legal can get. I dont know what he is thinking??
If our marriage is not legal in his eyes, then whats the difference from getting married on a military base overseas and having kids on a military base overseas? Does that make them not American???

As much as we would all like to know the truth as to why and how could they do these things, we will most likely never know. All I know for sure from my situation, is that my stbx is not the person I thought her to be.
he is exceptionally cruel isn\'t he , this tells me he is scared of losing assets. He can say what he wants but you are legally married. So try not to let what he says get to you . I know it hurts I know it well, but just do what you need to do in legal action. And limit contact if possible for now from him . It is infuriating but don\'t tell you stbx anything that your thinking or feeling. Hang in there girl.
