Day 2

Again had dessert and trying to tell myself it's not a binge. It was a normal sized dessert so it's OK.I have to say, I'm really pleased I made this goal. Whenever I think about bingeing, although it hasn't been for a while. I think of this goal and I just don't want to spoil it by having to start again.
Anyway, end of today will be the third day so I shall be making another entry later.

I've just realised that I haven't made a journal entry to say how I'm currently doing in general. Things are really good at the moment. A lot has happened since my last entry and my last hospital admission.
I came out of hospital last July been on the up ever since. I was lucky enough to be asked by my best friend to be a bridesmaid at her wedding. It was an amazing experience and I owe her a lot for giving me this goal. It really motivated me to recover and be as good as I could be for her special day. It all went really well and I loved it. That was in September.Whilst I was at the party after the wedding I met her cousin Shaun. We'd met years and years ago at one of his birthday parties. My friend took me down to Kent to be there. We got talking and we decided to keep in contact through Facebook. At first, it was very friendly. He was asking me to meet up with him quite a lot and I did as I had a bit of a soft spot for him. After meeting up several times I went to stay and my friend's house where he was living at the time. We spent a lot of time together and one night after watching a DVD snuggled up on the sofa, he asked me to be his girlfriend. I was so happy. We've been together officially since the 23rd October and it's going really well. Unfortunately he was only living at his Aunt's over here temporarily as he was job hunting. Now he's had to go back to Little Hampton but we're still keeping in contact and visiting each other at weekends. We're going to make it work. He's currently looking for somewhere in London to move to so we can be nearer each other.
So you could say things are going really well for me. My mood has been really good after my medication was altered. I'm now on Fluoxetine, Lamotrigen and Olanzapine which seem to be working really well together. Fingers crossed it stays like it!
That's it for now. I think I've covered everything so I'll post again soon for an update. Bye!
