Sorry I havn't been posting much, I've been feeling quite good so I've been busy.

It's been nearly a week on this new medication and so far my mood seems to be really good. I've been keeping busy and it seems to be going well. I'm keeping an eye out though as I seem to have had a flare up of acne which has been really good for ages.  I hope it is just acne and not a reaction to the tablets. I will be keeping a close eye in the next few days. I see my therapist on Wednesday this week which is a little later than normal but things are going well.

I'll try and update everyday as I really should be keeping a diary anyway...and I tend to use the computer as it's quicker. Then I just copy it up in my written journal.
