Hi
I haven't been too bad today. Woke up in a really bad mood but it went away after a while. I have a model kit to make an old fashioned steam boat out of matchsticks that I've been doing bits of now and again over the past few....years smiley-undecided.gif and I did some more of that today to keep me busy.
I'm planning to try and get out of the house for a bit tomorrow with Mum. Just to the shops and back for an hour.
I'm not very happy at the moment though. I think I'm putting the weight I lost back on with the Mirtazapine. While I was on it before I put on nearly a stone in weight and then when I came off it I managed to lose most of it. I was really happy. Now though I can feel I'm putting it back on. It wouldn't be so bad if it was actual body fat...wait what am I saying, of course it would be bad if it was fat. What I mean is it's due to oedema...which means I can't even burn it off! I'm really sensitive when it comes to my weight and stuff so it really upsets me. I've tried exercising more but it doesn't make any difference. I've gone back to restricting again now too because it bothers me so much. It's one thing after another.

I know about weight gain. This is the 3rd time I\'ve gained over 100 lbs and it is so hard to get off. Just keep doing what your dong (exercise, eat right). I wish I had better advice.
