had a good considering i thought my world was over at the start of the week it surely is a day at a time for me was at a meeting tonight it was good. am learning every day even the boring pricks carry a message maybe they are how i am ment to be hope not tho, am looking forward to monday getting my adhd test i know i have it but it will be a relief to have a diagnosis.
