went to lunch with girl friend from church had a good x we talked for hours and the food was good.  pauls on the way to where my mom is so stoped  in .  he wanted to go with me to see mom that made me feel good.  mom mostly knew who i was.  anyway it was a realy nice day. we ate at pollo loco also.  the next day we walked, wanted to ride bikes but is was raining too much. made pasta and red sauce my way 3  lg cans tomato sauce two sm cans tomato paste and lb ground beef and two kinds of sausage. and cook for a few hours adding spices as you go. paul reserched and found gluted free spagette.  it was fun to cook and eat.  nxet day we went to church didnt like the sermon to much hate for me and no meat or some thing to get me through the week or something to work on.we had pot luck after church there was food i could eat.  made date to go out with girlfriends next week,looking forward to this  didnt like his sermon last week either but a friend got alot out of it so go figure realy glad i didnt say anything re sermon to her altogether the weekend was beautiful one of our better times. most of the time it is realy good for me but i like going home also we enjoy each other alot more with some seperation each week.  working on realestate now and the near futhure. putting together some money.
