helped a friend move today.  helped me more than her i actualy lisoned to what she wanted.  she is very independant  and knew what she wanted from me.  i lisoned to her and did excatly what she asked and wanted from me not what i wanted to give her.  this is BIG FOR ME . feeling very very good about myself right now.  feeling hopeful about my life and sons, cant believe how good life is.
