Not sleeping real good, struggling with my eating, struggling with who I am and what kind of husband & father I've been. I've been feeling like crap lately.
The fact that you are here and talking attests to the fact that you have a good person inside of you and don\'t let anyone tell you differently. Go hug your child and tell them you love them, that\'s the best a father can ever do! And who knows, maybe it will work with your wife too. Feel just a little better??
No matter what the outcome is with this situation.You must remain in tact otherwise,you stand a chance of becoming a casualty.We don\'t want that to happen.You\'re a good man.After asking for forgiveness,I know that it\'s out of my hands now.You\'ve done your part.
It WILL GET BETTER I promise you. Don\'t let a day pass that you don\'t look your kids in the eye and tell them that you love them unconditionally and that you are proud to be their dad. Hug \'em everyday.

What have you learned? Everything around you in this momment is opportunity knocking. The thought sickens you but only because you can not yet see that going through the storm cleanses your life and brings better life experiences.
