False Expectations  I am learning to keep some hope alive about the possibility of reconciliation but, without all the false expectations I had. I had many false expectations that I placed on my wife and myself. This was setting myself up for an extreme emotional roller coaster. When my   false expectations did not become realty it would become emotionally overwhelming. This was nor fair to my wife nor myself. By keeping my expectations in check, it is giving me a sense of realty, a sense of calmness. …..One day at a time.
