We had a very interesting conversation last night. It turned into a very open, honest and deep conversation about issues known and unknown that have affected us for many years. It was the type of conversation I was hoping for, for a long time. I will not got my hopes up from one converstion. We will see where this may lead. Over the next days and weeks I will be able to better assess what this all means.

Been there ... done that. I had a dozen of this type of conversation in the year prior to my divorce. The type of intimate, open, honest conversation that I had always wanted in our marriage but always eluded us. Good luck as you move forward.
