Just loaded a couple more pics. Two of them is me wearing an old 4XL shirt that I ues to wear back in 2005. The other two is me today at 219lbs wearing size 34 pants and large shirt. I'm very proud of myself. I never thought, I would ever be in a size 34 pants again or a large shirt. Hooray for me.......:-)
