I went to the doctors to get something to help me keep my composure. I was having such bouts of emotions; I couldn’t carry on to much of a conversation without breaking down. After my doctors I looked at an apartment and drove around other areas near where I work. All I kept thinking about was not seeing my kids on a daily basis and what Christmas will be like this year. All I did was drive around crying. I took some of the meds when I got home, not sure about them yet.
