well today started out just as bad as yesterday..  I feel like it has gotten alittle  better but then I of course got home from work and started having the rash again so once again I took benadryl and cortisone cream its alittle better but I wonder what the heck is going on.  I did get some good sleep last night thanks to the benadryl.  I may make that a regular nightly ritual if it makes me sleep. LOL  Well days with pain sucks but it will get better.
