Well, I went tubing down the river with my son and our church and it was freezing and I really can't handle the cold with the fibro. I have actually been paying for the cold and energy that was exerted while tubing since. I am really tired every night and can't seem to catch up on sleep in fact most nights I have insomnia which totally sucks. The kids and animals of course don't understand my reluctance to move. I work all day and just want to lay down when I get home. I have a 13 and 15 year old boys. I should always remember that life revolves around them, what was I thinking. Its also supposed to rain here and the weather really does affect fibro. Wow I have really been rambling on.

Is being a massage therapist hard on you physically, with your fibro and all?? Just wondering. Don\'t you love how teenagers believe the entire universe revolves around them. How I remember those days???!!!
Well being a massage therapist is actually helping me physically it works as an exercise for my body unless I am already in a flare then it can increase my pain.
