well todays been farely well have had a feeling like something crawling all over me nuero said it restless leg syndrome (dosn't that normally happen at night and only in your legs) this has been going on for sveral days have had this feeling before mainly when i m extrermly tired not sleeping well either oh well lifes a beach time to catch the next wave

It sounds like you are kinda down these days. Yea, life is a beach, and catching the next wave sounds challenging sometimes, but you can do it.
I hate the feeling of bugs all over. I\'ve never heard of it being caused by RLS. I hope you can get your RLS under control so those feelings will stop soon.
I use to get the sensation of something crawling in my head all the time, not so much any more. I have never heard it called RLS, aways thought it was MS. Hope you get better.
I have restless legs too. Both my mother and I get it during the day. Nortriptyline has helped me. My restless legs get worse if I am real sleepy.
