this is my second day in a row of feeling a bit better (after approx 10 days of feeling rubbish after my last batch of 3 good days) hope it lasts this time and i dont go down hill again! i havent done much today and stayed around the house as i never seem to be able to guage how much i can do without over doing it. my inr has been low for the last 2 weeks (1.6) so last week i increased my warfarin to 9mg daily. i am to have my bloods checked again tomorrow so im hoping its within the 2-3 range. fingers crossed......

third day of not feeling too yukky however i have been uncomfy for most of the day, sore achy chest, had visitors most of the day so its been a bit hectic and chatting takes a lot out of me. had my bloods taken this morning for INR test and it came back as 2.0 so perhaps thats why i feel a bit better and not so tired. just wish the ache would go. its 5 days since i had my follow-up ct scan at the hospital and so far i have had no telephone call from them so im hoping that no news is good news. next hospital visit is in march when i see the professor. been signed off work for another 2 weeks, havent been at work since 4th oct.......
day 4, maybe we are getting somewhere, keeping my fingers crossed.
Im taking it easy today since yesterday was a bit more hectic. Still feeling a lot better, im not sure if its more just to do with being more positive since finding this site and being able to read others stories, realising what i am experiencing is normal under the circumstances. Still feeling the ache in my chest but it comes and goes, its enough for me to notice its there and to remind me to slow down again but its not stopping me from going about the house doing normal day to day things. I think pacing myself this week has helped though as normally i would be starting to feel ill again by now. I have decided that if i feel well for the rest of this week and next then im defiinitely going to go back to work on 6th February. Ive still not had a telephone call from the hospital re my follow up CT scan so i can only assume at this stage that theres nothing untowards. The nodule that was found in October has either stayed the same size or has disappeared - will find out more at my hospital appointment in March when i see the professor.
day 5 6 and 7 have been good, ive managed to do the housework, the weekly food shop and had another trip to the shops for an hour and a half with my girls, oh and i went out for dinner fri night too! I have learned to take each day as it comes and not make any definite plans - kind of wonder what the next day will bring especially when ive had a few good days as up until now its usually followed with a number of days laid up on the sofa suffering the after effects. I think if this week continues to be good then i will return to work next monday. fingers crossed
Day 8, oops\' in bed at 8pm tonight, overdone it again, sore chest, hope I feel better tomorrow\'
taking it easy today, infact it just after lunch time and ive still not hoovered! bet get on with it! bloods tomorrow, wondering if my INR has maybe dropped a bit - still feeling ok but just a bit sore from trying to stay a bit more active the last week or so. i was thinking of returning to work on 6th feb but my husband and my mum both think i should take another couple of weeks just to build myself up more - im beginning to think they are right - again!
