ABOUT ME REPOSTING THIS BECAUSE IT MAKES ME CRY N PUSH ON my 13 year old daughter wrote this , it made this big ole marine cry MY HERO My hero is my dad, I love him very much. He has learned no matter how bad it gets to take it all in and keep going. You see my dad has Multiple Sclerosis i.e. MS. MS is a chronic disease in which there is there is scattered demyelination of the central nervous system. It causes him to have a loss of muscular coordination, sometimes his eyesight goes bad and he can’t see anything, and he has to go to the hospital and get i.v.’s put in him, till his vision comes back. When he gets i.v.’s put in he gets very cranky, and he sleeps a lot, but I still love him. Also his legs swell up a lot and it hurts him to walk. To me a hero is any person that means something to you. My dad served in the Marines, been all over the world and fought to keep us free and has had all sorts of broken bones, still dealt with all the pain and I never hear him complain. He taught me lots of things I will need to know in the future. He also has an amazing gift, anyone he meets or walks up to he can make friends with them. He encourages me and other siblings to work hard. There are many ways he has influenced me. He influences me to try new things and do things I like and not what others do. Since we don’t have a lot of money and he is unemployed we still manage with the miracles of god to get through. My dad on the outside is normal like everybody else, but on the inside struggles with the pain. I fear what’s goanna happen to him in the future. My dad is my hero. I love him with all my heart. Those are some reasons why he is my hero NOTE THIS WAS WRITTEN FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT A FEW YEARS AGO/COMPLETLY BLEW ME AWAY
