sorry to hear about your friend sst...sigh.. always hard to lose someone...but in the case of cancer...(i lost my mom to breast cancer) i think it is easier to lose them fast than to have them suffer through years... my mom was dx and then gone 8 months later...
good luck at your daughters neuro appt... my sons is on the 14th... and happy birthday by the way..grin.. my sons is also on the 18th..smile...

Sounds like you lost a heck of a man! But he sure had a full and long intersting life. My uncles fought in world war 2 and helped hang Hitlers men. Boy, they seen it all. I remember being a small child and looking at some of the scariest photo\'s I have ever seen.
I lost one of my best friends last night. She was 63 and my second mom. I loved her so.
Sure hope your daughter finds answers soon, please keep us informed!
hugs, Ruby
SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT ABOUT YOU FRIEND. MY SISTER-IN-LAWS DAD PASSED FROM CANCER ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. I LOVED HIM SO MUCH. WAS VERY HARD TO WATCH HIM SUFFER THE WAY HE DID. GLAD YOUR FRIEND DID NOT. {{{BIG HUGS}}} LOTS OF LOVE, TAMMY
Happy New Year again. Good luck to your daughter. My neighbor is in the hospital. It makes my heart ache. She is 85. We don\'t live forever. Darn it anyway...
Sorry about your loss...people were made of such quality back in the day. They gave us so much to be proud of our country and the people who lived here. Wish we had more like him.
(hugs) Mary
