Aww I am sorry you feel that way. I feel fat too and kind of gross but the difference between you and me is that I am actually fat, You on the other hand do not look fat. It is so strange how the human mind works...your mind seems to tell you that your always too fat where my mind seems to tell me that I am not adequate as a man. I am sure people tell you that you are being silly and that you are indeed not fat but I am sure it is hard to convince your mind otherwise if what you see in the mirror is a fat woman. I wish there was some way to make people see the truth. I hope you are learning to see things in a more clear light 8).
