things are falling apart. Not just mentally but physically as well. I can't handle this. I just want to be healthy and happy. Why is that so impossible?
Because so many people and things have broken us down and we have lost the ability to be happy and healthy. That\'s why it is impossible. But there are also a few people in our lives that help us rebuild and bandage the broken pieces so that we can try to get healthy and happy. But it\'s okay because I know you can do it. I know you can start to fix the things that people have broken in your life. I know you can fix the mental brokeness. I know you can do all these things because you have proven that you can stop cutting. I\'m proud of you. I hope you know that and I hope you know I\'m always here.
It\'s not impossible....just really really difficult sometimes. I\'ve been where you are...hell I\'m still there some days more so lately. I think the lack of sleep doesn\'t help with the cutting or depression. It doesn\'t for me anyhow. I think the best way is to work on one thing at a time. I\'m really proud of you for getting a handle on your cutting so young. I\'m 34 and I only stopped a couple of years ago. I actually had a slip about 2 weeks ago, and it really made me realize that I don\'t want to go back there. I don\'t want to be controlled by cutting or food anymore. I just want to be happy and little by little it\'s happening. Baby steps...I know how ridiculous it sounds but it\'s true. Try not to be too hard on yourself which by the way I know you are cuz I know the negative self talk that comes along with ana or cutting....been there done that. Just one step at a time...one day at a time....and really use this site for support. Surround yourself with positive people who will lift you up, and celebrate your successes with you until you believe it and can celebrate too! I\'m always here as a friend or sounding board if you want it.
