Well I think I have i officially relapsed into some sort of eating disorder. I definitely eat but I count calories and I haven't eaten more than 1,700. I know that sounds like a lot of food but I have also been exercising for at least 40 minutes everyday. Plus I am 6' 1'' with a high metabolism so I need to eat a lot. I worry about my weight and compulsively feel the need to exercise or be active. The problem is I don't want to change. I love this feeling. I feel fit and proud of myself for sticking to my goal to get healthy andlose weight. I don't want to tell my therapist because I know she will try to take it away from me. I have told my roommate and I know she is worried but there really isn't anything she can do. I feel like I have power and control over myself which I know is what eating disorders are all about. I love it!

On average you should be eating about 2000 calories a day....so 1700 isn\'t too bad for weight loss.......then when you get to your goal try to increase your calories slowly until you can hit the 2000 mark. If you start gaining weight again you can lower your calorie count. I am proud of you that you have a plan and are sticking to it. Why would your therapist try to take it away from you? Why would your roommate be worried also? I wouldn\'t call it an eating disorder..... I would call this......let me think......someone who is taking control of her life and doing a great job at it. I like seeing that green smile on your journal.
BTW......you keep in contact with me and I\'ll stick around ;)
