I don't understand why I can't sleep through the night anymore.  I'm on ambien so it shouldn't be that hard but every night I wake up at least once to go to the bathroom. Usually I wake up another time because I'm super hungry and have to eat before I can get back to sleep.  I just want to make it through one solid night of sleep!

What if you were to switch your sleep aide? I took ambien for a little while, but wasn\'t a huge fan- I switched to Lunesta and found that I slept much better/deeper and didnt have the weird cravings that i did from ambien. Ambien is proven to cause some strange side-effects. Also- if you\'re sleeping a lot during the day, try your hardest to set the alarm and get up at a decent time and don\'t nap at all. You may be exhausted, but you have to get your sleep cycle back on track. Being rested makes everything better and more manageable. Good luck!
