Our attitudes control our lives. Attitudes are a secret power working twenty-four hours a day, for good or bad. It is of paramount importance that we know how to harness and control this great force. Irving Berlin
Anything I can do to make your days better let me know!
I totaly agree that our attitudes control our lives but how many people can control their attitude?
My favourite saying is \'Fake it till you make it\'
Japanese people say that if you smile even if you are in a bad mood, it will become better. I don\'t know how to express it correctly in English but that really worked with me. When I was bartending, I couldn\'t afford to be in a bad mood, so i had to smile all the time and after a while I started to realize that everything is not that bad. Try it out, hope it will help you!
I smiled until I was in a better mood. That was my motto... smile through the pain... well, I had a gall bladder attack from stress. I still smile, but I take time in private to get rid of all the stored up stress.

Days will get better. They will.
