MY SLEEP CYCLE WAY OFF.  Getting up 2 or 3 in the afternoon  just hurting and wiped out.   So when I got up Wednesday I only took bp pill and later broke into hives.  Need to take more benedryl.  So  watched. Tv and talked with family.   Cant cook from one ailment DDD, and have two bad knees.   Im stressed over my 25 yr old son.  Just got him out of jail few days ago.  I had a full blown panic attack driving up there.
