My tinnitus has gotten so bad I have been in bed ten days. Plus pain like a ice pick in my ear. Some TMJ stuff going on.  Saw my MD-gave me a steriod shot.  then went to the emergency room the other night. another steriod shot-- Then  I went to the ENT two days later and the pain was less and the purple in my ear was gone.  So she finally diagnosed me as having inflamation from arthritis. The x rays never showed it.  In the past I had tubes in my ears to relieve the pressure. That was from the TMJ though she says not now.  Its all pain to me.

If so many people have the --why am I suffering so much.  My husband is a good guy but I keep looking at him and saying " you didn't sign up for this"  and he just frowns.  I started thinking about suicide again and told two of the doctors.  The ENT gave me celebrax and told me to take it with the flexeril and I had one quiet night of bliss. Tonite back to the ice pick in my ear and high pitch tinnitus.  I am going to make myself a brandy and go to bed.  I'm tired of crying and thinking.
