Sorry I haven't been in contact with some of you that have sent me a message, hug, etc. but it has been rather hectic around here lately. My parents are here visiting so that takes up my time as well as me working. My panic and anxiety so far has been under control for the most part. It has increased some since they've been here but I haven't had any major attacks, which is great! They will be leaving Sunday morning so I can then relax and not be so uptight about them being here and not knowing what to expect.Hugs to all of you and I will get back into the swing of things on here soon!Linda

Im so glad that you havent had a major attack. I know those can be so horrible. Sounds like your doing a great job and your hanging in there. Im really proud of you.
