My husband and I found out about a year ago that he cannot have children. At that time we both decided we would use a sperm donor. I also found that I had polyops in my uterus and got surgery to have them removed. I was told I also would benefit from losing weight. I took time off and wanted to start the offical process sometime in August. I just found out about two weeks ago that my sister is pregnant. I decided to join this site because I dont think anyone if my family cares nor is willing to try to understand. I was told I have some hormone issues too. My family thinks I should be excited for my sister and nothing has changed and in my father's words, "At least I will me an aunt." This has been very difficult for me since I am close to me sister. She too feels that I am not happy enough for her and she would be happy for me. I think my family is in denial that I have things wrong with me too and they believe I will be pregnant. My family thinks I have not officially tried since my husband is sterile so I have no reason to be upsets. I try to explain I am upset because I was told I have some issues and has been depressing. I dont feel much support from my husband either nor do I feel like he can understand. Today has been a rough afternoon and day. I am angry with my sister and cant get away from it because I see her everyday at work.
