hi there, hope you are hanging in there... I find holiday weekends harder usually due to all the food-centered gatherings that go on, but today we stayed home and had a quiet day, food was not a big issue thank goodness.
Family gatherings are so stressful due to the food that i often can\'t enjoy the social aspect.
