I'm pulling myself back into exercising and eating better. The flat out binges haven't been happening but I've been justifying eating poorly which obviously interfere with my fitness goals and desire to be happy without a BED.
I had probs with the boyfriend and wasn't sure whether he was the one for me, I don't want to kid myself you know but I think despite all his problems, and mine... I think he is the one for me for now.. and I'll keep dating him because I can't imagine life without him in some ways. I'm pretty sure that's not from dependency or attachment also- as i'm finding i'm very ready to settle down and he has shown me that he tries to sacrifice things for me despite some of his issues and sees that I try my best to do the same.
I've had opportunities from other males but I just don't see that there is anyone else more suited to me than him. Which is a wonderful thing
... It's just that if I did happen to meet someone who was on all my levels but not willing to sacrifice something that was important to me.... Is that a way to approach a relationship? ... with a new person if the current one didn't work AND with the current one! We don't all have to have the same values to work the best as a team--- OR DO WE?!??????? I WANT TO KNOW!
tODAY SO far;
B: Porriage with jam, 1 nectarine = 1pm (late night previously!)
TODAYS GOAL is not to eat a whole bar of chocolate like I've done in the last 4 days each day. I will however have a weight watcher choc sundae if I desire to quelch the urge AND THATS OK! ALSO I shall do crunches and lots of them!
