23 weeks

I have made it 23 weeks.  I have not pulled at all this week.  Im so glad I surpassed my last record of 22 weeks.  There hasnt been any growth on the side bald spot or on top.  Its very upsetting because its been 6 months and no growth probably means it isnt going to grow anymore.  I started with the minoxidil again, so hopefully it will grow a little.  Im starting to wear my hair down without anything covering it.  No extensions or dermmatch.  Its been years since I have been out with my hair down.  You can tell that my hair is thin and short in certain spots.  The new growth is very short and fuzzy. I havent been taking the hair vitamins because I ran out.  I am always afraid that I will start pulling again and I know how hard it is to stop once I start.  I am still constantly touching my hair.  Got to stay in control and not pull.
