First appointment with the RE went very well. He didn't do an exam or anything just blood work. He also talked to me and my husband for over an hour explaining things, explaining the drug he wanted me to try, explained how clomid worked and why it doesn't work, and also his plan of action. My husband and I were very optimistic when walking out of his office. I am very excited now to start all of this. I am going to try femara for 3 months, if nothing hubby will do another sperm analysis because the fertility clinic checks for more than just my ob office and I will have my tubes looked at. While doing all of this though he still has enough refills on femara rx so we can take it the 4th month and not be wasting a month doing nothing. He said if at anytime in the next 3 months I want to move on to something more aggresive just to call and we would change. I think I will try the femara thought for 3 months because he seems to be very confident in how it works. I also asked him about the studies that said not to use femara as a fertility drug and he explained all of that to me also. So that was the RE appointment now we are just having to wait on AF to show up to get started. It should be about 2 weeks. I also started doing my pilates dvd this morning.
