Well, I made it through buying my first baby gift for someone elses baby. A guy that works with my husband and his wife had a baby 2 weeks after my miscarriage. So, since i am the wife and the appointed gift buyer for the home I get to go buy a gift for this new baby. I am very proud of myself I got through it all without crying although I was depressed and now still am (2 hours later) but I didn't cry. I think this is a pretty big milestone for me. Maybe it will all be downhill from here.

I still can\'t go past baby items without crying. I think that if you do cry, it would be okay. I think you are very strong for thinking of the family your husband works with. It will be very meaningful for them to receive a gift from you after your m/c.
