Went to the fertility specialist today and I loved him!  He answered all of our questions and gave much needed advice!  If he had to make a medical guess, he thinks I have endometriosis but will not know for sure until he performs the laproscopy....which I am waiting for a call from his nurse to schedule.  I sure hope we can get it done in the next couple of weeks.  He did an ultrasound and both ovaries are producing follicles on their own (did not take clomid this month) and he said my uterine wall looked great (I'm assuming this means something...I didn't ask:).  So, we have a plan!  I asked so many questions about going under during surgery because I am absolutely horrified of anesthesia but he assured me that I am a low risk of anything happening since I am young and healthy and have no family members w/ reactions to it.  My DH was so good through the "waiting process".  It seemed like we waited forever to see him but it sure was worth it.  Both of us felt so much relief when we left.   So, today was a great day.

Glad you have some relief and now have a goal to work towards. Your uterine wall looking good means that it is think and healthy looking to have an embryo adhere to it. Good Job! Keep me updated of surgery & etc.
