update

Yesterday was horrible! I woke up with my eyes hurting worse and ached throughout the night. I was trembling inside and out and felt bad. I had taken 90mg of Armour as instructed by doctor. I had wondered if I should have tapered off the levo and slowly added the Armour, but he said no, just stop the levo and start Armour. I called to report my symptoms. I have been taking my temp and blood pressure when waking before getting out of bed. My temp was down to 96.9 yesterday-falling each am somewhat and my b/p had gone up to 133/90 and heart rate was from 79-90 the previous days this week. Yesterday it was 112/68 and rate was 91. He instructed me to lower dosage to 60mg of Armour. I dont know, but I had read if the temp falls to increase medicine as you would be hypo. But I am following his orders as he was concerned about the b/p and rate. This am I feel bad, but not as bad as yesterday. I know it takes some time for the levo to get out of your system and new med to start. Any opinions on this? Hope this is a good day for everyone. Take care.
