~~~Im Back ~~~~

Well here it is we are getting closer to Christmas and come februrary I am a 3 yr survivor of the HIV Virus and doing so so , but dealing with life the best way I can , a few months ago I was also diagnosed with ALS/MND, its been a very rough year for I have lost a lot as well as gained some things in my life , I think one of the gains is I have come to terms and accepted what I am living with finally theyre have been a few serious scares with a stroke and some side effects from some of the meds I had been taking but I got it all worked out I think , the amount of stress I have been under has really taken a toll on my health but I am trying to eliminate that one day at a time . I just wanted to make a quick stop to wish everyone a very happy holiday season and to let everyone know I am still alive and kicking and making plans for my new year ...
