Stress
So I've realized something as of yesterday. Stress makes everything worse. I have a BAD habit of letting things pile up--especially school work. I took my first exam in this class last night and did horribly. 39.5 points out of 50. I had to remind myself that I did just as poorly on my first exam in OT history and I got an A in that class, so this is not the end of the world. Now I know what kind of minutia he likes to test on, I'll know how to take much better notes this module. And it might be a good idea for me to look into working with the disability office at the school to get the timer taken off my tests. I finally found a class where it matters!
OTOH, I had a great time at mother's house. We got to see the doggies, her roomie Jim, and my nephews. Oh, yeah, and my sis and her boyfriend. All seemed to be doing well and we had a great catch-up. Had a blast dying eggs with the boys and got their creative thoughts whirling on how to combine the colors. And bonus! I have hard-boiled eggs for breakfast and snack this week.
Now I get to turn my mind toward work and see if I can wrap my head around how this mess works in my doc.
