i went to my first LA club last night! this is how the night went. we were on the list with some club promotor guy but had a tough time getting in still cuz of communication problems. i learned that you should never go to a club without being on someone's list or else you probably won't get in....and you'll have to stand in a huge line. the inside was beautiful and not as crowded as i expected. i've never been to a club where i had so much room to move around! so i guess its good they dont let everyone in who's in line. there were definitely a lot of skinny, hollywood girls there but luckily, i'm past the point where i get jealous of them. i just hung out with my friends, talked to some new people, and enjoyed myself without worrying about guys wanting me or trying to impress anyone. i even saw Akon (a grammy nominated artist) and got a picture with him! the funny thing is i didnt even know what he looked like and the only reason i knew it was him was cuz my friends pointed him out...but it was still cool! so once again, i'm very proud of myself for going out. i went over my calorie goal for the day but its ok cuz i had a great time and experience. there's a really good chance i'll be going out tonight too but with a different friend!
