i made an appointment at the free clinic today. i cant get in until the 28th of january but i'm just content knowing that i am going. i just want to know. its so ridiculous how i just know i have it, i just need to know for sure. i want to know what food i should be eating and if i need medication and how bad i really am. maybe i only have pre-diabetes. mabye its full blown. i read a statistic online tonight that says 20.8 million people—7 percent of the population—have diabetes, 14.6 million people are diagnosed, and 6.2 million people dont know they have it. i may be one of those who "dont know". or maybe i just have something else wrong with me. i just want to know before things get really bad internally. i hate not knowing....i'd rather just know and deal with it than sit here wondering.  on another note, i went to the gym last night and oh my god, i hate january at the gym! i had to wait in line behind 4 or 5 other people just to get on a machine! i'm sure it will die down soon once people start getting lazy again. its expected since people are starting resolutions and what not. i dont usually go during peak hours anyway, it was just the only time i could go yesterday....and i dont want to go at that time again!

Glad your feeling slightly better by making your appointment, shame they could\'nt get you in earlier though. I agree with you about the gym \'its manic\' at my gym at the moment too. Hopefully in a few weeks it will calm down too!! Take care you and have a nice Thursday:)

Be careful with researching illnesses online. It can be very dangerous to self diagnose when things are taken out of context. There could be lots of other, harmless reasons why you are feeling crappy. Low blood pressure can cause a lot of the same symptoms as diabetes. Let us know what the verdict is!

I hope you don\'t have diabetes. But if you do just know that it will be ok. My dad was diagnosed with diabetes about 3 months ago and he has made a wonderful recovery. I hope you get good news at the doctors.

i thought i had developed diabetes as well ac celiac disease....im not sure if i was convincing myself i had it just as another excuse, the truth is ED will reak havoc on your body and im not sure if the effects ever go away, i know for myself that eating anything processed has an immediate effect on my body, i feel it right away and it makes me feel like shit.....im glad ur going to get tested so u know either way but i think the main point is to know how certain things effect your body and to stay away from those.....when i eat clean and natural foods i feel great....anyone will tell you that whether they\'ve suffered from an ED or not.....especially being a dnacer you\'re very intune wiith every little knick that happens with your body
