august 28, 2007the few days have been ok no major problems. it's hard because my husband and i are not talking since last thursday. i really don't care. this just what happens, he choose not to learn about bi-polar. he says it's what my doctors telling things. i don't know what else to do about it. i'm glad i can write here it helps. i've got a dr.'s appointment tomorrow hopefully she can adjust my meds to help.
