update
Hi all things seem and are moving forward, My son looked up the where about of his mother ( they have not seen or talked to each other for some time now). He looked her up on Google and found out that she had gotten another DUI six block from the house, 1 day after my truck was broken in to and 2 days before the oldest sons b day. She was a .236. when the police took her for blood , they could not find any veins and it took over 2 hrs to find one using a machine. She had been drinking with the oldest son (heroin addict). its sad to see someone just destroy them selfs. and I was hoping she was working on herself and that maybe, just maybe for her son. For now, she sits in jail for 6 months if not more, Az will pull up the last DUI .15 and add it to the new one. She will not be able to drive for 3 years and she will be in programs for years. I know I should not get wrapped up on this but.. I guess I expected this in some way.

Its good that your son has a good, strong parent to look up to. You are your kid\'s rock. When is grown up and has a successful life he will have you to thank for it.
This is not meant in a mean way at all... but be glad this happened. Because now, she has a chance to LIVE. My x kept drinking, stopped eating and his liver failed. Sure he got another DUI (2 in fact), but they released him and he didn\'t appear for the hearings. Were warrants issued? yep. But they couldn\'t find him because he was living in a motel. By the time they caught up to him he was already dead from liver failure and a related heart attack - a HORRIBLE way to die. You have no idea the guilt and pain I\'ve gone through - had I turned him in for tainting my food, he\'d be in prison, be in counseling, be ALIVE. I know it\'s not my fault, I know he chose this himself and knew the results.... but how do you stop loving someone? I\'m glad you care.... you\'re a good person. {{HUGS}}
