Just Another Day...

Just in from work...it was recommended that I take a break when I first get home, because I usually just come in and start dinner without even sitting down for a minute.  So now, my "rule," which I sometimes break, is not to talk to mommy until 7, then I will come out and talk about everybody's day.  Before this, as SOON as I walk in the door, I hear "mommy", or my mother is trying to talk to me or my cat is crying at me and following me.  So anyway, I'm about to make the family dinner, even though I'm a little tired from work.  I'm thinking about how to deal with mom now.  I might have a therapist, but I have to call to find out if he takes new patients...because both my son and I are going.
