Struggling

I have been taking the NAC continuously without missing any doses.  I am having terrible urges.  I'm trying really hard not to pull. I have pulled a few hairs, but had control not to go crazy and pull a lot.  I have a lot of regrowth but I'm so afraid I'm going to pull it all out.
