have seen my care officer today and she is going to make me an qppointment with a pdoc so will just have to wait now for appointment to come through and hope i can get the time off to go. the care officer was really nice today and she likes dogs : always a bonus next week she might be oucky enough to meet my Jessy dog lol x

Thanks Ruby x it feels like i have waited forever for help so a few more weeks or months wont seem too long. I just hope that someone can help me to help myself get better :-)
