I had a good weekend! I am now able to go into restaurants and be ok - I still have a thing for wanting to sit by the exit but that is a far stretch from not wanting to go into a restaurant at all! I have been going into stores a little more, I am most comfortable not having to go to the back of the store, once I attempt to go deep into a store I start to panic - I don't have a full blown panic attack but I fear having one so I work myself up. The only way I could do any of the above is if I am with my husband (safe person). I am soooo dependent on him that it sucks, but then I should be thankful that I do have someone who is willing to work with me :) What all this means is that I am still a prisoner of my home Monday - Friday. I really need to get out during the week without my husband but I don't know where to start. I am still terrified of being alone out in the world and having an attack :( Baby steps, baby steps!

THat\'s right baby steps and give yourself kuddos for making it into the store and restaurant! That\'s an awesome step! Be proud of yourself. That\'s big. Just work on doing that for awhile til it gets more comfortable and then try something else! WAY TO GO! BIG HUGS from me :)
that\'s right....baby steps are the way to do things...and ALWAYS praise yourself for an achievement no matter how small. it will make a difference...it\'s a building block thing. praise yourself for achieving something once and it\'s SO much easier to do it a second time. then there WILL come the time when you feel 100% comfortable with that achievement and will feel able to take another little step.
even just sitting out in the garden, or on your front step is an achievement, i know.
thinking of you and rooting for you all the way as always. xxx
