I have been sick so I have not left my house much. I did go to the store with my husband this weekend and I freaked out - I guess it's one step forward two steps back, but I have not going to give up I will continue to try to get out of my house. This morning I went for a walk half way up the block and back a couple of times by myself - that was major but I am happy to say that I did it!

Wow, that really is progress. I am in the same stage in my life..Ive got to the point where I can make it anywhere in town..I go later in the day because I don\'t like being around other drivers, but I do get out. Its freeing. I also freak out in the store tho, I have to go to walmart at like 1 or 2 am when everyone is sleeping. Its much easier to get through!:D
