I have been sick so I have not left my house much.  I did go to the store with my husband this weekend and I freaked out - I guess it's one step forward two steps back, but I have not going to give up I will continue to try to get out of my house.  This morning I went for a walk half way up the block and back a couple of times by myself - that was major but I am happy to say that I did it!
